This website is owned and operated by Pharmologic2 Limited. We specialise in hair & beauty products. 

As a shopper on our website you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened products only except for Dermalogica on which we offer 100% money back guarantee. 

Unfortunately if you have a reaction to, or are unsatisfied with a product, from a brand other than Dermalogica, we cannot accept it back for a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

If you have benefited from free delivery Spa Brands reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you. 

We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post. 

To receive your refund please follow the instructions below:

1. Email us and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for the return.
2. Await a reply from us to the email sent.
3. Send your returned goods and a print out of the email we send you to:
